She have led successful projects since 2002, shaping onboarding, competency development, leadership programs, and integrated blended learning. Having facilitated over 2500 experts and contributed to 50+ curriculum projects, her commitment to excellence is unwavering.

 

Commencing her career at BINUS UNIVERSITY, she progressed to the role of Director of Learning and Development at BINUS GROUP, overseeing People Development Programs for a diverse range of staff. Since 2012, she have served as a consultant in various industries, including Education, Banking, Financial Institutions, Electricity, Construction, Infrastructure, and Pharmaceutical Institutions.Working with international teams for almost 5 years has honed her cultural awareness and ability to excel in diverse environments.

 

In May 2019, she founded Alpha Code Indonesia, dedicated to assisting Business Leaders and CEOs in nurturing the potential and fostering the capability development of their employees. My goal is to empower high-potential leaders to drive meaningful change not only within their organizations but also in the broader communities they serve.
